Availability and Booking
For your convenience we provide an online calendar and booking system, so that you can check current availability and prices for the apartment. The booking system is provided by Villa Renters and provides you with a secure online payment facility for payments by debit and credit cards. Villa Renters has been established since 2003 and we have been a customer of theirs for three years. We continue to use this service as we believe it provides security and peace of mind for renter and owner alike.

Full Serviced Apartment
In booking this apartment, you can relax in the knowledge that you are booking a fully serviced 4* apartment. The apartment is part of a beautiful ApartHotel, with 24 hour reception and security. The price quoted per week includes one weekly apartment clean and change of bed linen/towels. Additional cleaning can be requested and is charged separately.
Payment Terms:
We require a 25% deposit payable on booking. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to departure get 50% refund, thereafter no refunds are made.
